This week has been hectic. I went to the animal hospital twice almost every day. Once with my cat Selina who needed daily treatment, and another time to visit Softie and Garfield. And I had a lot of other things to deal with, related to work and studies. And this morning, I found one of the puppies I regularly feed with a bloody eye, looking like he had been attacked. It was horrible. I’m not going to write about it now because I just want to update the blog with bills and donations. But I did write about the puppy on Instagram when I got back home after taking him to Soi Dog hospital.
So, last time I wrote, the kittens had been adopted and only Softie and Garfield remained at the hospital. No change here.
But the hospital finally gave me the detailed invoice for Reese’s, Cornflake, Cheeto and Brownie.
Cheeto has two bills because the doctor clicked on the wrong button and had to start a new file.
Total for Reese’s, Cornflake, Cheeto and Brownie = 19,125 baht, which is about £430.
Donations are up £1328 (about 59,260 baht).
So far, I have used:
– 8,446 baht, for Sunday the cat (about £190 – exchange rate fluctuates)
– 850 baht on anti-parasite for Softie (about £19)
– 3,280 baht on anti-parasite for 4 puppies (about £74)
– 2,850 baht on Kwai (about £64)
– 16,765 baht on Reese’s, Cornflake and Cheeto (about £375 – see above)
– 2360 baht on Brownie (£53 – see above)
TOTAL: 34,551 THB (about £775) – there’s £553 left to go toward Softie and Garfield.
